Rupin, speaking to PTI, expressed amazement at Mahesh's exceptional stunt work, surpassing their expectations. He emphasized that Mahesh accomplished these feats entirely on his own without the assistance of a body double, leaving the entire team astonished. Rupin went on to highlight a particular sequence that even the professional stunt doubles hesitated to perform, but Mahesh fearlessly took on the challenge and executed it flawlessly.

Rupin, known for his work on movies like R. Balki's "Ki & Ka" and Gauri Shinde's "Dear Zindagi," credited director Murugadoss for granting him creative freedom to craft a stylish and urban production design that matched the director's vision.

While half of "Spyder" was filmed on real locations, the other half was meticulously created on sets. Rupin explained that the film aimed to achieve an elegant and versatile look, with the story taking place in various settings. They faced the challenge of constructing crucial sets in EVP Studios, Chennai. Murugadoss provided a solid storyline, striking a balance between Indian and international elements.

"Spyder," produced by NVR Cinema, features Rakul Preet opposite Mahesh Babu. It also stars Tamil actor-director SJ Suryah as the antagonist and marks the first Telugu film for veteran cinematographer Santhosh Sivan. Harris Jayaraj has composed the music for the project.
