After the occurrences depicted in the preceding film, the Delhi Government allocates a shop known as "Janta Store" to Hunny, Choocha, and Lali. They manage the establishment with the assistance of Pandit Ji, but the store is in a state of disarray, and the Fukras are making a living by taking on various odd jobs. Meanwhile, Bholi Panjabban aspires to run for the Water Section election in Delhi. She receives support from Dhingra, a corrupt businessman involved in profiting from the misfortune of underprivileged individuals and the proprietor of a waterpark. To gain the favor of the less fortunate, Bholi Panjabban engages in cleaning a public restroom. However, it is a small act by Choocha in the same vicinity that captures the hearts of the people.
